Sunday 25/2/2024 (Matthew 6:13) Lead us not into temptation
CCN Service Order B
Leader: Abraham Overvoorde
Preacher: Scott McKay
Reader: Kay Hampton
Intercessions: Rob Tearle

WELCOME + INTRODUCTION
CONFESSION:

Lord God we have not honoured you as our Father
Nor have we revered you as our Master.
We have wearied you with our accusations.
We have called evil good and good evil.
We know we cannot endure the day of your coming
nor stand on the day you appear.
O Lord, wash us clean,
and purify our hearts in your refiners fire.
Forgive us our wickedness and our apathy
As we repent and turn to you
make us like precious silver, and like pure gold
So that we might bring our sacrifice of praise to you and
our whole lives to you as an acceptable offering. Amen

SONG: O Lord my God! (How Great Thou Art)
SONG: Your word is good it`s ever faithful
SONG: Still my soul
INTERCESSIONS
NOTICES
CREED:

The Son is the image of the invisible God,
the firstborn over all creation.
For in him all things were created:
things in heaven and on earth,
visible and invisible,
whether thrones or powers
or rulers or authorities;
all things have been created
through him and for him.
He is before all things,
and in him all things hold together.
And he is the head of the body, the church;
he is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead,
so that in everything he might have the supremacy.
For God was pleased to have all his fullness dwell in him,
and through him to reconcile to himself all things,
whether things on earth or things in heaven,
by making peace through his blood, shed on the cross.
